7 Brew Calorie Calculator
Build any drink on the 7 Brew board — pick the base, size, alt milk, add-ins and sweetness — and the totals update as you go. No login, no ads, no “consult your doctor.” Just the numbers a real person needs before they order at the window.
Pick a drink, change a few options, see the calories, sugar and caffeine. The baseline numbers come from the 7 Brew nutrition tables; the deltas (extra pumps, whipped cream, cold foam, drizzle, alt milk) are the averages the chain uses across its syrups and toppings.
How to use the calculator
- Pick the drink you are ordering from the dropdown. The defaults load on Medium, no add-ins.
- Choose the size. Small is 16 oz, Medium 24 oz, Large 32 oz — same cup 7 Brew uses at the window.
- Add extra pumps if you want it sweeter. Each pump adds roughly 50 calories and 12 g of sugar.
- Tick the add-ins you plan to order. Whipped cream, cold foam and drizzle are the three that move the totals the most.
- Set the sweetness — "half sweet" cuts the sugar in the base drink roughly in half.
- Read the totals. The delta line below compares your build to the unmodified Medium.
What the numbers mean
The baseline calories, sugar and caffeine for each drink come from the nutrition tables 7 Brew publishes for their 217 standard builds. The add-in deltas (whipped cream, cold foam, drizzle, alt milk, extra espresso) come from the average nutrition across the syrup and topping brands the chain uses — they are close, not exact. Treat the output as a rough guide rather than a precise figure, and confirm any medical question with your doctor.
